Priority Schools Division

Mission Statement:
Guided by the vision and goals of the Board of Trustees and the Superintendent, the Priority Schools Division will collaborate with each of our priority campuses, central office personnel, and the El Paso community to positively impact academics and to significantly improve accountability ratings.
2008-09 Goals
- To maintain 100% “Academically Acceptable” state rating among PSD campuses
- To advance 25% of PSD campuses to a “Recognized” state rating in 2009
- To advance 100% of federally-sanctioned PSD campuses to a “Meets AYP” status in 2009
- To exit 50% of PSD campuses from the Division
The Priority Schools Division joins the entire EPISD community in congratulating all 2007-08 “Academically Unacceptable” campuses for achieving an “Academically Acceptable” rating for the 2008 rating cycle!
